We have a team of psychologists, CBT therapists, and counsellors who work with individuals presenting with a range of difficulties, from common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, to trauma, eating disorders, relationship problems and psychosexual difficulties.
The initial assessment appointment will help you to start to gain an understanding about your difficulties and identify what it is that you would like to achieve during therapy, including which type of therapy will be best suited to your needs. On going sessions focus on resolving your difficulties and moving towards an improvement in quality of life.
We offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation that can be booked via our website or by contacting us directly. This enable individuals to find out more about how psychology might be able to help them and for us to find out a little bit about the reasons they are seeking help, to ensure that we match people up with the best clinician.
