I am a Counselling Psychologist who has worked for over 9 years in the NHS, the private sector, and charitable organisations. I have worked with adults, adolescents, children, and under 5's who have needed support with a wide variety of issues including:

I work from a variety of perspectives including psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT). I also frequently draw on Mindfulness and Schema therapy. I use these models in an integrative and sensitive manner in order to respond effectively to your specific goals and needs.
I offer sessions in North London (N1). In addition to face-to-face sessions, I can also offer sessions over the phone or on Skype.
