Since becoming fully qualified in 2000, it has become abundantly clear to me that the provision of a safe, non judgemental and collaborative environment, offers clients an opportunity to reach a greater acceptance of themselves, and to find life in general more rewarding.
My extensive experience as a psychologist at a prominent London Clinic, and at Transport For London, together with my time as a Senior Lecturer at a London University, have fully equipped me to offer you the highest quality of care. Whether dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues or any of the other problems listed on my website, you will be treated professionally and with complete respect.
As a Chartered Counselling Psychologist I have trained extensively in a range of therapeutic models, this allows me to select the most appropriate way of working. Some clients with specific issues respond best to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), whilst other clients might benefit from a Psychodynamic or more Humanistic Existential approach. Having a range of therapeutic models to draw on also provides me with the opportunity to work integratively, which means that at assessment the decision might be taken to bring together therapeutic methods from across different models of therapy, in order to increase the prospect of achieving the outcome clients are working towards.
