I have been working as a Psychologist treating mental health difficulties in organisations and community settings for 15 years. I specialise in the areas of adult mental health, trauma and psychological work associated with Occupational Health services. I have also been completing psychological assessments and legal reports for a number of years. I hold the Cardiff University Law School Bond Solon (CUBS) Expert Witness certificate, which demonstrates the requisite competencies to act as an expert witness.
I can offer individual therapy to people facing a range of difficulties in both their personal and professional life. I am a Registered Counselling Psychologist and have training a range of psychological approaches. I would usually meet with potential clients for an initial assessment to find out more about their difficulties and consider unhelpful patterns or cycles that maintain these difficulties, giving people a better understanding of their problem and how best to manage things.
