Anxiety, Panic attacks, Loss and Bereavement are all issues that I can help to alleviate and support. I have had great success in working with clients who have felt themselves debilitated by the effects of Panic Attacks. I have much experience in working with various aspects of Sexual Issues and these include supporting victims of Rape and Abuse and Domestic Violence. I have worked extensively with Transexual and Gender Issues and feel that I am empathetic to people of various sexual orientations. I work with clients in recovery from Substance Abuse, Self Harm and Depression and Low Self Esteem. I have over the years, supported many individuals and couples in helping them with greater clarity and awareness in their relationships. I can help with Anger Management and also with Work Related Issues. My experience has given me great insight into working with Personality Disorders as well as Manic Depression/Bi Polar disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) I can help you towards a more positive and meaningful lifestyle with clarity and choice in the future. This can be achieved by surmounting the blocks which are holding you back. You will find my approach both challenging and encouraging, compassionate and fruitful. Once our therapeutic relationship has been firmly established, I may also be able to work by Telephone, Skype or Email.
