Formerly at Harley Street, Lilly now spends her time outside of her clinical sessions, writing up clinical outcomes and researching the efficacy of various interventions to improve longevity and quality of life.  

Her focus is to continue working within the trauma field of mental and physical health, observing through her experience and studies where emotion meets the physical and leaves its mark in the way of illness, disease and restriction.

At The Life Right Centre for Health & Wellbeing we are a team of experienced inter-disciplined professionals dedicated to integrative healthcare practices. We strive to incorporate natural medicine with traditional, whilst taking into account the holistic needs and requirements of each individual or group/family that we are privileged to work with.

We assimilate prevailing thought through understanding and working with existing medication, medical intervention and the whole person. We are not an ‘alternative’ health provider, we offer a natural process in which to gain better health, without the use of potential chemical toxins, (in most cases).

Medicine has produced many drugs that are later shown to be toxic so whilst we believe that medication is important, before doing so we would ask what is the lowest dose of medicine for the shortest duration possible to gain the benefits required (open ended prescriptions are very common). Iatrogenic illness is a leading cause of death and that drugs/medication are chemicals that aim to alter physiology. So although it is inadvisable to come off medication suddenly and without the support of your GP, we do know that through being human we can change our physiology through our senses. i.e. fear mechanism.
